New budgetary measure to cost textile sector dearly: 3.5 percent withholding tax deduction on thread
ISLAMABAD (July 18 2008): Textile sector would face serious liquidity problem due to a major budgetary measure for deduction of 3.5 percent withholding tax by the dealers of textile mills on supply of thread/yarn to these units.
