PUTERA CAPITAL reported Jul 15, 2008 that 100%-owned - KAMUNTING TEXTILES INDUSTRIES sb - had entered into Agreement to dispose its weaving machinery including accessories and spare parts for RM2.5m cash. The disposal was by way of a tender exercise.
